How can additional users be created in XOVI?
Answer
To create additional users, proceed as follows:
Log in to suite.xovi.de
click on PROJECTS > USERS at the top right
click on the orange ADD USER button
enter the required information about the user to be created in the text fields as shown in the screenshot below and click SAVE:
Attention: the configured role defines the user's read and write authorizations.
Customer (Read):
a read account that can view shared projects but cannot create, edit or delete dataCustomer (Read/Write):
an account with full access so that the user can work independently in the tool
Additional information
Further settings can be configured under PROJECTS > USER > John Doe :
the authorizations for users already created for individual tools in the XOVI Suite can be adjusted in the ACCESS RIGHTS tab
The PROJECTS tab can be used to drag and drop projects to which the user should have access
