Yes. To only analyze a part of a site, for example https://www.example.tld/category/subcategory/ , perform the following steps:
Log in to suite.xovi.net
navigate to Onpage > Onpage Management
enter the URL https://www.example.tld/category/subcategory/ in the field Start-URL
in the field Crawl-scope select only this subdomain
open the tab MORE OPTIONS
enter value 1 in field Max. crawled URLs
click START ANALYSIS WITH NEW SETTINGS
